Our initial focus was on inbound travel services across Hong Kong, Macau, and China. We quickly became a trusted name for leisure travel, FIT (Free Independent Traveler) arrangements, group tours, series travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) events, and visa services. This broad spectrum of services positioned us as a one-stop solution for global clients seeking seamless travel logistics and exceptional service.
Adapting to Change
The global pandemic in 2020 posed unprecedented challenges to the travel industry. However, leveraging Charu Surtani’s extensive experience, Travel Tricks adapted swiftly to these changes. We expanded our services to include chartered flights, rescue flights, quarantine services, and a dedicated travel advisory and consultancy segment. This strategic pivot allowed us to support our clients during a time of global uncertainty and maintain our commitment to providing unparalleled travel experiences.
Expansion into the Middle East
Recognizing the strategic importance of the Middle East, we launched Dubai Travel Tricks LLC in July 2022. By October, we had commenced both inbound and outbound operations in Dubai, offering top-tier services to leisure and corporate travelers.
