1. General Principles

All cancellations and refund requests must be communicated in writing, with a valid reason and supporting documentation if applicable.

Cancellations, amendments, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective vendors, service providers, and partners (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies).

No refunds will be provided for services not utilized due to personal reasons or delays caused by guests.
2. Booking Cancellations

Vendor/Partner Policy Applies: Any cancellation or amendment is governed by the vendor’s policy. This includes hotels, airlines, transport, and activity providers.

Written Notice: All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to Travel Tricks at the earliest possible time.

Documentation: Supporting documents (e.g., medical certificates, visa rejection letters) may be required for certain refund claims.
3. Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed only if the vendor/service provider approves and processes the refund to Travel Tricks.

No Show/Unused Services: No refunds for no-shows or for services not utilized due to personal reasons, late arrival, or guest delays.

Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14–30 business days after receiving the refund from the vendor.

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method or bank account used for the booking.
4. Special Cases

Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers. Travel Tricks will assist in securing the best possible outcome for the client.

Visa Denial: If a visa is denied, refunds will be processed as per the vendor’s policy. Documentation of the visa rejection is required.

COVID-19 or Health Emergencies: Refunds or credits for cancellations due to health emergencies will follow the latest government and vendor guidelines.
5. Non-Refundable Items

Non-Refundable Bookings: Some bookings (e.g., special promotional fares, last-minute deals, or non-refundable hotel rates) are strictly non-refundable as per vendor policy.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a portion of the booking amount may be refunded after deducting applicable cancellation charges, service fees, or non-refundable components.
6. Amendment & Change Fees

Change Requests: Amendments to bookings (dates, names, services) are subject to availability and vendor approval. Additional charges may apply.

Service Fees: Travel Tricks may charge a service fee for processing amendments or cancellations, in addition to vendor-imposed charges.
7. Communication & Support

Immediate Reporting: Any dissatisfaction or service failure must be reported immediately to the Travel Tricks operations team (operations@travel-tricks.com, WhatsApp: +971 56 680 4232) for timely resolution.

Delayed Reporting: Delayed reporting may affect the ability to secure refunds or alternative arrangements.
8. Important Notes

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for adhering to timelines, providing accurate information, and complying with all travel requirements.

Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel disruptions.
