Hotel Confirmation & Site Visit
Initial Confirmation: The client originally confirmed a mix of hotels, including renowned properties in Hong Kong and Macau. In Hong Kong, the client selected Sheraton and Four Points by Sheraton. In Macau, the initial choice was Crowne Plaza.
Site Recce
To ensure a perfect fit with the event’s needs, the client conducted a site visit to both destinations.
Adjustment
Based on the site visit insights, the client revised their choice in Macau from Crowne Plaza to Studio City, reflecting their commitment to enhancing participant experience.
Adjustments in Group Numbers
Initial Headcount: The event was first planned for 230 delegates.
Revised Numbers: Due to additional demand, the number of participants was increased to 280.
Final Count: Ultimately, the total number of delegates, including children and tour managers, reached 295, highlighting the need for flexible planning and scalable services.
VIP Guest Management
A notable highlight was the client’s decision to include a renowned personality, Mr. Sonu Sood, as a guest for the event. Our team ensured his arrival and participation were managed with utmost care and precision.
15th March
An advance team was deployed to Hong Kong and Macau to finalize on-site arrangements and vendor alignments. This proactive approach allowed us to double-check every aspect and preempt potential issues.
16th March
The main group arrived, and the event commenced at Four Points by Sheraton, with Ballroom 1, 2, and 3 serving as the primary venues. Our detailed coordination ensured that transitions between different segments of the program were seamless.
