✈️ Challenge 1: Last-Minute Flight Change (Mumbai Group)
Issue: Early arrival (07:00 hrs) by Cathay Pacific created a gap in check-in times.
Solution: Booked 39 rooms for 6-hour early check-in with breakfast, ensuring guest comfort without disrupting the master itinerary.
🚠 Challenge 2: Ngong Ping Cable Car Closure
Issue: The Lantau Island cable car was closed for maintenance.
Solution: Private coaches were arranged to transport guests directly to Big Buddha and Ngong Ping Village, preserving the experience integrity despite the operational limitation.
